Regardless of where people have worked, they bring their lived experiences and their relationship patterns to their roles and positions. Those patterns are either subconscious or somewhat conscious as they may or may not be self aware. When we surround ourselves with people who are “leading us” or “modeling for us” or “directing us” we want those relationships to be healthy.
