The Association of Curriculum and Development (ASCD) says…“Coach Training: Coaching in your school can be an impactful practice if you select the right people with the right training. A leader in your school may be an effective educator but not necessarily a strong coach. Ensure that coaches receive the proper training, use vetted and consistent protocols, and receive continuous coaching themselves.”
