In this group coaching experience you will have an opportunity to identify the goals of your team for your classroom and for each student on an IEP.  

Here is what you will take away:

1.  An understanding of how Adverse Childhood experiences can be impacting students on your caseload/classroom

2.  A profile of each student's strengths and challenges - with a plan of how to use strengths to engage them in learning and minimize the challenges.

3.  A plan for team communication.

4.  A plan to monitor the progress of each student.
