Many children are coming to school having had significant Adverse Childhood Experiences.(ACES).  ACES significantly impact their ability to engage with others and learn.  This individual experience will provide you with the opportunity to reflect on the students in your classroom, their individual stories and learning challenges and develop a plan for how to address their needs for the upcoming year.

In three 2 hour coaching sessions you will 

1. Review the various types of Adverse Childhood Experiences.

2. Identify resources you need to support students in your classroom.

3. Develop a plan  to build your relationship with students.
